Rebellion Health exists to provide clarity, education, and understanding.
For many people, this is enough to restore alignment, rebuild momentum, and stop normalizing decline. For others, deeper clinical guidance is appropriate.
This page exists to help you understand when that moment may be and how to take the next step responsibly.

What Rebellion Health Is and Is Not
Rebellion Health is an education-first movement.
We help people understand how their body works, how modern life disrupts natural systems, and how to take ownership of their health one system at a time.
Rebellion Health is not a medical clinic.
We do not diagnose disease.
We do not prescribe treatment.
We do not provide clinical evaluation on this platform.
That separation is intentional.
The Clinical Foundation Behind Rebellion Health
Josh Porter, founder of Rebellion Health, also owns and operates Optimize U, a network of outpatient clinical care clinics located in Tennessee and Georgia.
Years of hands-on experience inside clinical medicine helped shape the vision for Rebellion Health.
Rebellion Health exists upstream from the clinic.
It was built to help people develop understanding before treatment, ask better questions, and approach clinical care with clarity instead of urgency or confusion.
Education first. Clinical care when appropriate.
When Clinical Care May Be Appropriate
Clinical oversight may be worth exploring if:
You have persistent symptoms that are not improving
You want lab work to better understand what is happening
You are considering hormone or metabolic support
You want physician oversight as part of your health journey
You are unsure whether education alone is enough
In these situations, deeper evaluation may be helpful.

How We Handle the Transition to Clinical Care
Rebellion Health does not provide clinical services directly. When clinical care is appropriate, we help facilitate the next step into a proper clinical environment, such as Optimize U or another aligned care model.
This ensures:
Clear Boundaries
A clear boundary between education and treatment
Ethical Care
Ethical and compliant medical care
Proper Oversight
Proper clinical oversight
No Pressure
No pressure or rushed decisions
The goal is alignment, not escalation.
Request Clinical Guidance
If you believe clinical oversight may be appropriate, you can request guidance below.
This allows us to understand your situation and help determine whether a clinical pathway makes sense.
This is not a diagnosis.
This is not an appointment.
It is a request for direction.
Clinical care can be powerful when used wisely.
Education helps you know when that moment is. Our role is to make sure the transition happens with understanding, integrity, and intention.
